Stay in the holiday home and contact the rental agency

The agency has the right to remedy defects.

This means that the agency must remedy defects within a reasonable time. If you leave a holiday home prematurely without an agreement with the rental agency, you do so at your own expense and risk. You cannot expect a refund of the rent in this case.

A settlement may be a solution

Once we have received a complaint, we initially notify the rental agency concerned, giving them a final opportunity to reach an agreement with the complainant.

If the parties reach a settlement, the complaint fee will be refunded.
